Richard S. Simmons, M.D.
Richard S (Sandy) Simmons is a fulltime practicing pulmonologist in LaGrange, Ga. He has been active in physician management organizations for over 15 years. He currently is medical director and president of Starcare networks. He is very involved in non-metro/rural medical education through his work with Starcare networks. He is married with three teenage children.
